change default timeline to 'Personal'

On the old Open Microblogger (Prologue theme) you had a 'Personal' tab that showed the timeline of people you follow on Open Microblogger.
This patch makes that Personal timeline the default view on the newer 'P2-based' Open Microblogger theme.
