AWS integration - error creating bucket

When creating an AWS bucket a unique name must be used for the bucket. If the name is already in use, OMB gives an error message which could be more graceful.

    yeah none of the omb errors are very graceful! working on a strategy that will be flexible to handle errors in different contexts ( Ajax/jQuery, SMS, Web, etc)
