Profile Images Limited to JPG

Profile images must be .jpg format or OMB will not proceed with registration, however users in the process of registering who do not have an avatar in .jpg format could be inclined to "abandon the checkout" and never return.
Ideally, profile images can be .jpg, .png, .gif and other popular formats.

i'm looking forward to upgrading this. was thinking about a couple of additional options, so it would be something like
a) upload a jpg/png/gif/etc
b) use the gravatar from your e-mail addy
c) use your twitter/identica/facebook/friendfeed avatar
