Oh, another 0.4 feature, great! :-) Changing Server-Time in Admin-Menu works fine.
Maybe it could be a good Idea to enable time-zone-choice for user-settings, too. So if they are logged in the posting time is set to individual time-zones.

haha sorry I just opened all the "high-priority" and did not look at the version. i'll try to keep an eye on that too.
