db insert error when register or login after install

After install on iis, php 5.2 got the following error when try to register the first user.

error in get_result in mysql.php Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'profile_id' at row 1 INSERT INTO settings (id,profile_id,name,value,created) VALUES ('0','','oid_plugin_enabled','1','2008-11-24 17:19:20')
Fatal error in line 168 of file C:\omb\db\library\dbscript\mysql.php
