OpenID registration doesn't work

I tried to setup omb, but I have problems to register a new (first) user. I also tried to register at your omb with my openID, but it did not work.
My error message:
Array ( ) The fields were not found in the request.1
Fatal error in line 298 of file /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/db/library/dbscript/model.php
Your error message:
Sorry, you do not have permission to get identities
Fatal error in line 83 of file /home/brian/public_html/omb.org/discuss/app/plugins/security.php
