Foreign language "Tag it" is added to tags while postin without tags

If you have enabled tags and don't enter any tags while posting and use another language than english, the "Tag it"-Tag (like "Tag hinzufügen" in german)is added to tag-list.
Adding
include 'wp-content/language/lang_chooser.php'; //Loads the language-file
if ($_POST['tags'] == $txt['postform_tagit'])
to omb.php would help, but there is a problem with special chars like german äüöÄÜÖ.
Brian, maybe you have an Idea to solve this.
I tried around with html_entity_decode and htmlentities(), but wasn't able to find a solution.

Maybe something went wrong? I can't add tags anymore since the latest release.
