@username to not existing user -> not found

If you use @username and use a name which is not available you get an error-page: The requested URL /username was not found on this server.

ok, this will now look up to Twitter.com and redirect if the user is found there.
I will improve it more later, and have it look in the local twitter twitterusers table which has identities from imported tweets
