Feature Request: Convert Tags to lower case letters

I tested posts

with tags:

Fancy fancy Pantsy pants Pantsy

and

Fenster, fenster, pity, pithy, Pithy

the result follows:

mysql> select term from categories;
+---------+ | term | +---------+ | fancy | | pantsy | | pants | | fenster | | pity | | pithy | +---------+

Okay, but Tags like 'Windows' are saved as 'Windows' and not 'windows' am I right? Maybe this irritates me. But that's okay for me.
