changing profile when login via twitter results in error

when trying to change anything in profile except nickname results in

Sorry, that nickname is already being used.

Fatal error in line 159 of file /home/web36976/domains/blurbs.se/public_html/app/omb/controllers/identities.php

    And if I have been logged in as admin earlier doing such changes results in being logged in as admin without having to authenticate. Seems related to cookies as when I clean them out this does not happen.

    Okey...I don't seem to have this problem any more. Although I have not done anything. At all. Well I restarted my computer waited half a day and then uploaded and changed the language(with some wierd results). Can't see how that should have changed anything though.

    I was even able to upload a new picture. It completely refused to do that earlier. i even cleaned out all cookies and did fresh installs and i still had that problem...

    and it's back. but now it also effects posting. (might have done that before)

    also when logged in with twitter timestamp in public timeline says a few seconds ago on a few of the newer posts when logged out or when logged in with twitter. when trying to post (or change anything) and i'm suddenly logged in as admin user timestamp in the public timeline displays correctly.

    ok so it does not automatically log in to the admin account, it seems to revert to the last openid login used. also when logged in to these the timestamp in the public timeline seems to work properly.

    a friend of mine tried changing his username on my site and got this also logged in via twitter:

    Sorry but that url has already been taken. Fatal error in line 373 of file /path/to/public_html/db/library/dbscript/mysql.php
